Personal Bio

After serving 10 years in the British Army I left and created a gym that was unique. My aim was to create a gym that cut through all the contradiction of information and myths that are commonly put forward (sometimes even by qualified personal trainers.)

Training intelligently with intensity I enjoy getting good results fast! I have a great eye for detail and easily alter the form of a exercise by just a few centimetres to keep the selected area targeted until total fatigue. Each Session will push you to you limits while ensuring you enjoy it enough to do it again! (after a few painful recovery days)

Currently only offering morning personal training sessions, limited availability.
